Senators Gardner, Stedman, Hoffman, French, Micciche, Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senators Gardner, Stedman, Hoffman, French, Micciche, Meyer were required to vote. Senator Gardner offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 8, lines 19 through 21: Delete all Senator Gardner moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
